I paid for the premium option but unfortunately received a product and service that felt far below that standard. The most difficult part of ordering from out of state is finding a florist you can trust to care as much as you do about honoring the people and occasions that matter. I chose this business hoping for that level of care and attention, especially given the premium price, but the final result was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. When flowers are meant to convey respect, love, and remembrance, quality and attention to detail are especially important. They get 1 star because zero starts is not an option.

This place is the Jam! Came in to get some "just because" flowers, left with literally tye best floral arrangement! They have a Happy Hour for you to come in and put together your own arrangement, and the staff is super helpful in helping organize it to make it better than anything I could! Isabelle was super helpful in helping with picking the accent greens and really making sure I had the best presentation! Couldn't recommend them more!

While visiting friends, I found the cutest little spot in Lakewood and I honestly don’t want it to stay a secret 🌿✨ From the second you walk in, the air feels different!! So fresh, clean, like you just stepped into a greenhouse oasis. The space is filled with plants (and I mean filled), and it gives everything this calm, oxygen vibe that instantly relaxes you. It’s one of those places where you walk in and go, “okay… I could stay here awhile.” So many adorable details, cozy touches, and little moments that make you want to take pictures (I took a ton and still feel like I didn’t capture it all). It’s tucked in Lakewood, just outside of Denver, which honestly makes it better, less crowded, more peaceful, and totally worth going. If you love unique spaces, plants, and that fresh, calming energy, you need to check this place out. Sharing is caring 💚

A friend bought me flowers and sent a picture of what was ordered and I was floored by the difference, just posting for awareness. I tried to capture different angles just to see if maybe one side would match the website photo but no luck...

Last weekend I received sympathy flowers from my mother in law and they arrived a little dry. I reached out the customer service who said they could do an exchange. Being an emotional disaster I broke down at the thought of giving back the flowers that were sent in memory of the child we had just lost and just wanted to keep the arrangement. Upon hearing that Morgan instructed me to keep the arrangement and that they would send out a replacement this week so I would have flowers for longer. Morgan and her manager were so empathetic and went so far above and beyond. Veldkamp’s doesn’t seem like a business to me, they seem more like angels orchestrating a way for people to share their love. I am so grateful. Please know you have brought some very kind joy to our aching hearts!
